• Circumventing geographic or account restrictions, including through the use of VPNs or proxy services where expressly prohibited by the operator.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, legal action, or all of the above at the Platform's sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92dado, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, revenue or business opportunities arising from your reliance on Platform content.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, force majeure or any other reason.

92dado reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• Provision of false, misleading or inaccurate registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• At the Platform's sole discretion, where continued access is deemed to be contrary to the interests of the Platform, its users or applicable law.

Upon termination, your licence to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after termination.
